I made my payment through PayPal on 9/6/2005 with the AximSite discount. Still haven't received anything and, of course, the game is disabled, waiting for the registration code. Yes, I checked my "Junk" folder to make sure the email didn't go there. Also, I know that I can receive email from Mastersoft because I registered on their forums and receive their "Welcome to Mastersoft Support Forums" email almost instantly!

I sent support@mastersoftmobilesolutions.com an email incuding the PayPal receipt early this morning to enquire. Still haven't heard a peep. :realmad:
I'd email them again.
I bought it today and had a code within an hour of sending them my serial number.

Hmmmmm.....

Obviously a breakdown somewhere. Thanks for the quick reply. I'll give them a while longer to respond to this morning's email.

Thanks again.

UPDATE: My issue was very quickly resolved by Mastersoft Support via PM on their site. Detailed below.

Hello,
You are most likely blocking our replies with anti spam software. Just in case can you log into our site and 'PM' support ?

I was a little disappointed, too, but they are working on it and I believe it will be a free update. Hopefully, it'll come out pretty quickly!

I had the same issue at work with a software purchase on their behalf. I was waiting for the code abd requested it twice but still didn't get and answer. I checked the messages quarantined and here it was. SuDoKu is very addictive and working ok on my X50v. It isn't blurry on mine, it looks fine.

It is the case that 99% of the time our replies get quarantined as Frenchy says. Really disappointing for us and the customer....
You can always PM us at our website ... and sadly we're almost always "in work" LOL.... 10pm here ...

I don't know if they have changed anything but I tried it out on a VGA JasJar today ... and it looked perfect. I know it's a WM2005 device but I don't see that it should make a difference. If it looks this good on all VGA WM2005 devices then I doubt it will have VGA added. I think turning clear type off on the X50v makes a difference.

My registration code was provided to me very quickly via Private Message on the Mastersoft website. Please accept my apologies for my rant above, I have edited it with an update. I provided a Netscape email address which has very primitive spam protection at best, so I’m not quite sure where my replies went. However, I’m extremely impressed with the speediness that this was resolved by Mastersoft! All taken care of in the span of my lunch break! Thank you very much!

By the way, I am running SuDoku on my X50v…it is very clear and I’m quite happy with the display. I’m already hooked on the game….hence my distress when it wouldn’t let me play any more! Oh well, my problem’s solved now….back to my SuDoku!

Nicely done but it doesn't seem to be true-VGA aware. Are there plans for oz compatability?

It's not that clear on my x50v - I don't use true / oz either.

I don't see any comitted dates for that either on their website.

I'm not sure what the changes were, either, but I can say it's running GREAT on my X50v. I had been getting occassional memory errors when I had other apps open or when I opened the game after syncing and while still connected to AS. No longer!
:)

And, I've tried a number of the other versions out there and I keep coming back to this one. I'm very pleased with the game and look forward to future improvements!

As for the screen, I don't use VGA hacks, and do use cleartype, and while the display isn't razor-sharp, it's clear and easy to read and does not distract me a bit.
