Then click on "audio" again and select "Compression"
Choose "MPEG Layer-3" or "LAME MP3 encoder (ACM)" Whichever you have. Then in the window next to it, select "32kBits/s, 22,050hz, Mono" Then click "ok".
When I use it I dont get either of those options in Virtual Dub.

Any suggestions?
When I ignore it and use somthing else ( i used mp3 setting) i got an error when i tryed to copress it.

Gotcha there... pretty frustrating isn't it? Go here:

That link worked at the time of posting.

It's Radium's MP3 codec. If you have any other questions email me, I think I've had every single problem possible converting files so they play on PPC. I did finally get it working. It's definitly worth it though. I just re-formatted my PC because I'm too lazy to troubleshoot my network, and this comp. was the only one having problems, so I get to go through finding and downloading drivers again! YAY!!
