Only by capturing the analogue output from the backpanel connectors with either a capture card, dvd recorder or ironically a Tivo box.
Now to answer the question I think you actually want answered:
It's completely pointless attempting to rip content straight off the hard disk as it is received encrypted from the original broadcast then stored on disk with an extra layer of encryption. Even if the on-disk crypto could be broken the ripped programme would still be unusable as it has to be validated via satellite before it will play, a PC simply cannot do this. The encryption used at the time of broadcast can be changed as often as Sky wishes making the system practically invulnerable to attack unless an implementation flaw can be found - none have so far.
