7 MB for a music video? The quality on it will be outrageously bad.

But if you want music videos so bad you don't want to watch them then something like Fairuse might be able to do it for you. There is another app called Movie2Memcard which could also do it. But 7MB will not be pretty I don't think.

you want to compress a music video down to the size of the same song as an mp3? It'll look terrible.
The invention of the flamethrower suggests that someone thought, "you know, I'd really like to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just too lazy to walk."

Just rip your .mp3 at variable bit rate, medium quality, buy a Barbie(tm) doll, inject a little silicone, hold it by the feet and make it dance to your Brittney Spears songs. It will save all sorts of memory.

TCPMP can now play H.264 encoded video (also known as AVC). You can use Nero Recode to create very small files while maintaining decent quality. I personally haven't tried it yet, but there should be a wealth of knowledge over at PocketMovies.

But even using H.264 with 7MB of file size it's going to be atrocious.

Yes, but if he compresses something like "Toxic" from Britney Spears to 7mb, it won't be any less atrocious.
