Orb and TIVO

Have any of you tried www.orb.com on your systems. I just installed this on my computer and using tivo2go I am able to stream video to my cell phone, and my axim. I have to be on the network when streaming to my axim, but the best part is that I don't have to download the program, I can watch the programs anywhere in my house. I was able to get a interface program from a forum for TIVO. This is the coolest thing. The next thing I am going to try to figure out is going to another network and try to bring it up. It most likely will be a lot slower, but I am willing to try this. If this works then you should in theory be able to watch your TIVO programs anywhere.

Orb is NOT spyware. I have been using it for quite some time - no ill effects. They have reasons for keeping it freeware, and I am glad they do. Works amazingly well - can stream movies, pics, music, and live TV anywhere with an internet connection. Try it out!

there is no spyware and they are not stealing the movies as they stay on my machine, and you need a user name and password to log into the systeem, so only I can log in. I checked my uploads and the only ones that have been registered are the ones that I have done.

Well I've tried Orb but I could never get smooth playback streaming video to my X30H, video always played back as if the frame rate had dropped to 15fps (jerkovision).

Would stream to my laptop fine though.

I've been using Orb for several months and I think it's great. The only problem I don't see how long they're going to be providing it for free. I'm afraid that they'll either go out of business or start charging too much for it.
