200MB+ Divx/AVI movie file on 1gig SD

I had an avi tv show with framerate of 29.9 fps. I copied it via activesync to 1gig kingston elite pro SD card and also tested with 1gig SD Sandisk card. It played very jerky on my axim x51v. I'm not sured, the clip got converted when dragged to the card. Anyone takes on this?

I've played 700m divx using TCPMP from a 2g CF microdrive and it was flawless. Something my TC1000 tablet can't handle.

However, I do the tranfer straight to the card via a card reader because I get faster throughput that way.

Make sure you are using TCPMP. It's a free player. The best out there IMO. You shouldn't have any problems with video playback on the x51v. I play movies/tv shows all the time. Never experience any jerkiness

Yeah once again microsoft's products have been ran over by 3rd party software. TCPMP is probably the best video player for ppc. I watched a 701mb movie on there and there isnt any problems what so ever.

I have played movies that are over a hundred pixels larger than my screen in both directions and files that are about 950mb without any problems whatsoever. Thanks to picard, I can listen to music and view a ton of movie types in TCPMP therefore eliminating the need for any other media players.
