You would need software for the axim as well as the phone. You're chances of finding software for your PPC to support such a feature is better than any phone having software built in to allow webcasting over BT using the built-in digital camera.

In other words, no....you cant do this.

However, a while back, some verizon phones supported the ability (via a fee service) along with Logitech to use your phone to connect to your webcam at home, etc. Dont think its available anymore.
