Best settings for Nero Digital (Nero Ultra Edition)

Hi,

I've found people using Nero Ultra 7 (Nero Digital) on this site to encode their movies and I try it... the quality is really incredible, I think that it's one of the best !

I play the movies using TCPMP 0.66 http://corecodec.org/projects/tcpmp/ (found the AAC codec http://cabfiles.net/view.php?id=108 )and it's working great !!

Could you tell me what are the best settings (tutorial ?) to encode movies with Nero 7 ?

My hardware :
- x51v WM5 (hard A00, soft A00 french ROM)
- 1Gb Sandisk SD card
- Proporta Crystal case
