Quicktime Pro export to AVI help

I have a few H264 movies that I want to convert. On my first and second try I did not realize that I needed to play around with the options (Video compression type Cinepak is not TCPMP friendly).

Anyone out there that has converted mov to avi know what are the best settings for video and audio for the x51v and will work with TCPMP?

Thanks a lot.
