Headphone Recommendation

Hi all, saw the news updates in the main page regarding the Boxwave Minibuds. It reminds me to share my personal experience with the extremely popular Sennheiser MX500 :approve: :approve: It is cheap, but for the price, the performance is much better than it is priced, it is really that good. :) :) :)

I’m using the Shure E2c, a bit expensive, but I just love the sound quality :)
Also Since I take the subway plus a bus to get to work (about 50 min.) and they are both very noisy; my E2cs’ perfect fit and great sound makes the trip so much more bearable! :approve:

Nice. Are you saying you don't like the subway?
A New Yorker, I love the subway!

Please don't go on sayin' the musical diesel sound from the bus
turns you off too! A native New Yorker, I have used plenty
of passes on the barooooooooom barooooooooooom barooooooooom
public diesel transportation!

What might we be listening to? Click 'n Clack, the Tappet Brothers? :hide:

No! it is not really the subway or the bus :)
I’m more annoyed by other people’s loud music or the gossips in the afternoon ride
With my E2c I am the only one hearing my music and I’m not imposing it on anyone else that happens to ride in the same wagon as me

well, of course e2c and other earbud types are better, but for a price. mx500 is really good for such a low price.
:) :)

I have some E2cs too, the problem is that I find they sometimes cut out TOO much noise ;)
Too easy to get lost in the music and miss my stop sometimes :)

E2C and E3C are superb - considering to upgrade to E4Cs.

But worth it. At least the E3C are; I wish I could test the E4Cs somewhere.

thank. i'm sure it is good. i've not test these kind of earbud type, but i'm sure these should be a tack better as i tried some very good headphones as well. but for the price, i rather buy some other more important acessories such as memory card or gps card. :) :) :) my sennheiser mx500 is doin just fine for me. :) :) :)

You're right, one has to set priorities. You can never have enough memory, and GPS is one of the killer apps for PDAs. :approve:

well, am getting the dell pda very very soon, am not getting it now because i'm waiting for the promotions to come. i'm not sure in other countries, but in malaysia, dell online always got promotions and the axims sometimes selling really cheap here!! with lots of bundles. i just missed it 2 weeks ago and got to wait.

here was the previous promotion:

dell axim X50v for US$412 (converted from Malaysia Ringgit), free with 512mb SD Card, vga cable, travel usb synch cable! sigh, hope this promotion will come back again. i will wait because dell really do promotions extremely often and this is the way they have to, to compete with the retailers who sell other brands. dell only sell online everywhere in the world, moreover, malaysia is not yet common to online purchasing.
