Specifying directory to Update Library from

Dell X51v WM5 here...

Whenever I "update library" the media player searches the entire PPC and I get every single sound file. All I want is songs that I've placed in "My Documents > My Music"

How can I specify Windows Media player to search *only* "My Music" folder so I don't keep picking up every .wav file that is on my system?
