Then click "[AAC] Download the show (enhanced AAC)". It is downloaded as .M4B file.
I installed TCPMP 0.71 and before I could listen audio in AAC/M4A/M4B files I had to install older AAC plugin (a tip from MSMOBILE site) and not the latest (V0.71)plugin (which doesn't play AAC audio. Now it plays audio in AAC/M4A/M4B well. But in M4B files (supposed to contain images with audio - kind album art of WMP) is yet not visible. I played full 29.9 MB podcast (M4B-enhanced AAC audio)without any images - supposed to be contained in M4B files.
