Playing CF video through WMP

How do I save a video at about 16MB to my CF card and play it with Media Player? I was able to convert a .mov into a .avi and sync it to my CF card. When I clicked on the icon, there was no way to open the file. I started Media Player and tried to access the file that way, but it didn't show anything. Am I doing anything wrong?

I think Media Player for the Pocket PC only supports .wma and .wmz files, thats why everyone uses PocketTV freeware.

I actually use PocketMVP for .avi files, and it works great. I trid pocket tv, and didn't like it as much. Yeah, WMP only supports WMV video files.

PocketMVP is freeware, and plays .mpg and .avi (including divx encoded) video, and .mp3 / .ogg audio.

There is a great guide on the best way to encode video for your Axim posted on this site. I tried it out, and I can't believe the quality of it. http://www.aximsite.com/boards/showt...&threadid=3692

I am having trouble converting .mov to the correct .avi using Quicktime Pro. None of these programs are locating the file. I noticed that quicktime uses Cinepak compression in it's conversion, but I need compression to fit the movie on a 64MB CF card. Can anyone help?
