Newbie Question: Playing Video on X51v
Just switched from a Palm unit to an X51v. I am trying to play videos on the X51v but don't seem to be able to. I have put an MPEG on my PPC in the My Music folder (because I can't see a My Movies Folder when I browse) but when I go to open it I can't see it. Then I go to the File Explorer to open it from there but it says there is no application associated with it.

I'm sure I'm being very stupid but how do I play movies and where do I save them?

Alright, you need a program called tcpmp....It can play almost anything. Heres a link:

http://tcpmp.corecodec.org/download

Id recommend placing the movies on a sd or cf card. If you dont have any cards, the best spot to place them is in the Built in storage (BIS)... Any other questions?

Thanks. I'll give the software you suggest a try but shouldn't the built in Media Player be able to play a simple MPEG?

Actually, the built-in Media player kinda "Sucks"... It has a limited selection of stuff that it can play... Look here:
