I copyed some streaming video and copyed it to my axim then i played it and it was not encoded so i put those files on my computer encoded them for Pocket Pc. When I play them on my desktop pc (encoded version) of the video there is audio but when i transfer to my pocket pc there is no audio.


I hear the audio on any other files and the volume is fine.

hopefully there will me a new version of windows media player that can address these problems. I also just found out that windows media player playes mp3's. But when im almost done the song it takes off like 2 or 3 seconds.... i just find that kinda weird.

Re-Encode the video with voice quality audio instead of CD quality. For some reason encoding CD-Quality audio won't play on the current version of PPC Media Player.

Use Voice quality instead of CD quality....oh wait you said that didn't you...I found it out last night as well. All and all, a pretty decent and cheap way to convert to something PPC can handle. I just went to my site and downloaded an MPEG of the original House on Haunted Hill. 1 GB squeezed down to 110 MB

Classic TV and Movies streamed to broadband users

Is there some way I can encode divx with ogg using Windows Media Encoder. I know it sounds silly but I am thinking if I just add the codec it will work. I want to do this because I find WME much easier to use and I quite like it.
