I know that this has been stated before, but media player mobile (10.2) has an issue (feature?) that does not let the toggle screen function work the way I want it to.

When I have the screen toggled off and I skip to the next track using another mapped button, the screen comes back on, but I want it to stay off. This is very annoying.

I am playing protected WMAs, so it appears I am locked into using media player.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Don't Panic!

A freeware program like screen off might help or psShutXP. I haven't tried either with my WM5 device though.
