Following the information found on this forum. I've download DVD shrink and PocketDiviXEncder to transfer videos to my X51v. I get past the shrink and follow the steps in the PocketDiviXEncder, it seems everything is working. It take about 2-3 hrs to encode the movie. I can play the encoded file from PocketDiviXEncder just fine. When I try to open it in Windows Media I get and error code and just the audio will play. Can anyone give some help as to what I'm doing wrong.

Pocket Divx is likely using a codec that Windows Media Player doesn't support. Get tcpmp, it's a great player.

wmp only plays wmv files use tcpmp to play divx files
