recently I got itech Clip S38
it's has 3.5mm standard headphones jack
I prefer this form factor, because I can use my favorite headphones to get the best possible sound
what do you prefer

standard 3.5mm jack...so i can use my nicer earphones (westone um1s)

Standard 3.5mm jack, for the same reason Lat mentioned - plus, if you use wired headphones with an adapter/receiver, it's less likely to mark you as a possible victim to someone looking for expensive gear. Wireless headphones say 'I've got a lot of valuable stuff on me that's worth selling', while normal headphones don't draw that much attention.

This is important, especially since most of those BT headphones have a flashing LED which draw more attention to themselves. :D
