Could you be more specific? Are you looking for a movie player application? A good one would be TCPMP (The Core Pocket Media Player, which used to be called Betaplayer. Check out the website,

Resco Picture Viewer is a good picture viewer/organizer. Sorry, I forget at the moment where got it, but it's part of a bundle.

I live in Canada and bought it from Dell directly. I know they also have Dell Kiosks in some major Malls.
