Avi

What does avi stand for? How do I view the avi file on my PPC? Can I just use Windows Media Player or do I need further software? Thanks.

I use TCPMP - aka betaplayer aka CORE - a free program. It works great. I've watched movies and tv shows. It plays several other types of video and music files.

don't know what it stands for.

AVI File

Thanks for the tip. I have a avi file in My Videos on my PC and I cannot seem to copy the file to my SD card on my PPC. Could you give me any hints as to why this is and how I would go about doing so. Thanks.

The easiest and most reliable way to copy large files would be to use a card reader. If you don't have one, try using the Explore feature on your desktop ActiveSync to copy the file over.
