Step 1:

Download TMPGEnc to convert MOV to MPEG. Make sure to download Quicktime Reader and place it in the TMPGEnc folder.

Step 2:

Use Windows Movie Maker to convert your MPEG files to WMV

Hope this helps!

Addictisatit - You are asking for a tough one for free... Quicktime Pro, has the capability to save files in different formats. One that I know works is DVD Wizard. You can copy DVDs and make WMV. But you can also take .mov, .avi, .mpeg... you name it, there is a slew of different formats that you can change to .wmv.

The unfortunate thing, is that it is not free... I purchased it and I love it!

Well, as they said... you're asking for a lot from a free product... and one that likely has been made yet. Video conversion hasn't really been made into a mainstream thing yet, and until hits the bigtime, it will remain like this.

On a lighter note... follow me to your animatrix thread.
