music file
I would like to convert CD's into a small file to be stored on a CF. I don't need super quality, it's just me listening with my headphones!
I have WMP & TCPMP installed on my x51v.
If anyone could, explain some basic steps in going from a CD to a small file size.
Thank you very much!!!

You can just use Windows Media Player on your desktop. With your CD in the drive, click on File - CDs and Devices - Rip Audio CD.
Alternatively, you could use an application that rips CDs such as
dbPowerAmp
or iTunes.
Moved to Multimedia.

Windows Media Player on a desktop or laptop will rip files from a CD into WMA format, which can then tranferred to your CF and played on WMP.
