Im trying to find the sweet spot for the lowest bitrate/resolution/etc that still provides a good picture and does not take up much space. How low have you been able to go while still geting good results?

I use the default options for bitrate, etc. and I find that 150M /45 min works well (I rip mostly TV episodes)

I usually set it as near screen res for the Ax as poss and allow 100MB per 30mins same ratio as socpsy. The sound is at default which I think is around 128
