You need to convert the video files to match the player you are using. I use Pocket DVD studio. There are others but I have limited PDA computing knowledge. Paul

PocketDVD studio works great....Picards players play everything....just convert your files when you're going to bed...it takes awhile.

There are some good threads/tutorials on how to convert and play videos. However, I had trouble getting things to come out right with the free video programs. Sometimes it would come out great other times not. It was a matter of selecting the correct files and options.

I value my time more though so for only about $30 you can get a simple program to do it with less hassle. I am deciding between Pocket DVD Wizard and Pocket Studio. I think it will be Pocket Studio because the video sample that I created with Wizards trial software locks up when I select full screen mode in Windows Media Player. The Pocket Studio plays fine in full screen with the exact same video sample.

Hope this helps!
