Aximsitex50icon Betaplayer <-> TCPMP

Hi

I hope you can help me with with my problem concerning the tcpmp on my x50v.

I used to play my videos with the good old BetaPlayer (latest stable version).
Now i switched to tcpmp and encountered the following problem:

When playing a video with Betaplayer I was able to set the cpu speed to the lowest possible value (called "energy saving" I think). Using the Intel2700G Plugin 640*480px Videos in divx / xvid played fullscreen at 25+ frames fluently.

Now with the tcpmp I recieve only about 3-5 fps :(
Altering the cpu speed to the max value is a solution but the device runs out of battery power three times faster comparing with the other cpu setting.

where ist the problem?
Do I have to "activate" the 2700g setting for the tcpmp? I didn't find such configuration.. :(

I really hope you can help me so that I can again play videos fullscreen fluently with the "low speed" cpu setting

What version of TCPMP have you installed?

There should be an Intel 2700G Decoder option available in Options > Video

Hi

I also didn't have this option; but I noticed, that there is already a version 0.71a .. I updated an now can select options -> video -> Intel 2700g (with or without "decoder").

Unfortunately the 2700G seems to only speed up mpg4/divx etc. files and not wmv videos.
I can play wmv but only at app. 10fps.

Is that correct? Or is there another option to select to play wmv in the same quality/speed as the mpg4 files?
