i donwloaded black adder and encoded it using virtual dub
125 bitrate,
15fps
320 by 240
rotated left by 90

Divx settings were
profile - portable
and variable bitrate mode - 1 pass
onced i had compressed 31 mins came down to about 33megs.
but when i play it a quarter of the way through the sound isnt in tune with the video.

pocket vmp settings

keep alive
show dropped frames.

at the end there are no dropped frames either?
