ok i deleted all my mp3s and folloed the divx guide, but i have heard many things. Exactly how long do u think it will take activesync to transfer the matrix from comp to axim?

Probably between 15 and 30 minuets depending upon how small you compressed it. I gave up an activesync transfers a long time ago, and got a card reader.
