Go here:

Then Click on the Picture of the skin. Download the Zip file's contents into the Skins Folder of PocketMVP. Then select the skin from within PMVP.

go to file -> open -> skin... it's kinda a wierd place to put it, I coudn't find it at first either. it should be under settings.

When I downloaded this skin, all my movies seem to be too big to fit within the screen. Anyone know what the deal is here?

First, which skin is "this skin?"

Second, if you look at the different skins that come with PocketMVP by default, they have different 'viewing window' sizes. Some are larger than other, some smaller. With the PMVP skin (the one linked up above) if I'm encoding for portrait view, and I want to keep the skin onscreen, I use 236x160 maximum.

best skin i've seen for pocketmvp by far so far.

as for the window size, you can actually modify the window size by editing one of the files that comes with the skin.. most of my encodes come out to 240x176 and it's too big for teh window so I get a black screen around the video.. doesn't bug me it's actually nice cuz you don't have the distraction of all the bordering and buttons.
