my program, format or axim?

Hello everyone, first post here although this site has been great reading since I got my Axim.

I wont bore you with a long story, but I picked up a used x30 3xxMhz (forgot the exact speed) with Wireless, BT, etc.

I picked this up to help me pass the time as I travel by airplane often. One of the first things I picked up for it was a A-Data 50X 2GB SD card.

I am using a program called imtoo dvd somthing or orther to take my legal movies and put them in a format that I can watch on my ppc.
With that being said, I use the format for Windows Media, and a higher quality rip of the movie. The movie I made was around 550MB (thats ok with me) but when I watch it, it is very sketchy, video sometimes cant keep up with the audio.

I tried a different movie in a lower quality setting, but it changed the resolution and windows media just crashes after 2 minutes or so of the movie.

I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts as to the issue, is it the sd card, slow axim or program I am using?

Thanks for your thoughts.

Rob
