Windows Media Player 10 Codecs

I have found a codec pack and you are supposed to put the files in the windows folder on your Pocket PC but I haven't got the codecs to work.
If someone gets the codec to work please tell me how to do.

If you get the codecs to work you can play these formats on WMP 10 PPC.
-avi
-mov,qt
-mp4
-asf,wmv
-mp3
-url(UTP)
-RVL
-mpg, mpeg4
Download

I think it may have been an Indonesian prank or something sebbe19. The only people who can add codecs to the Windows Media Player on our devices are the OEMs. Like Dell, HP, or imate.

Try TCPMP for your video need instead. It will play just about everything you listed in the original post. It doesn't do Quicktime and what in the world is an RVL file?

Yes, I thought that it might be a joke.

P.S. I have TCPMP and it's a really good player!

If you want windows media video files to play in TCPMP then click on Options > Video and check Raw FrameBuffer. TCPMP has better fullscreen rendering than WMP10 for PPC.
