tcpmp and mp4

so i grabbed tcpmp so i could watch mp4 encoded files, but when it goes to play them i get a message that the mpeg4 aac audio decoder is not included.

where can i acquire this? or is there another player, like vlc?

Thanks the .mp4 plugin for TCMP works great. I had been using The Sompy Media Player for .mp4 and TCMP for everything else.

Hey Rock25,
What was the plug in file you installed? I tried but I still can't play mp4's on TCPMP.
Any help...greatly appreciated.

nothing for rmvbs.... but i don't think ur suppose to give direct links to the codecs due to some legal issues i thought our policy is to say "search" but yeah older versions have mp4 codec =D

Thanks for the link. I downloaded the plugin and it works great!

Now I can wave my x50v at my wife and kids and say "neener neener boo boo! I can play itunes. :-) "
