Good skin for using GSPlayer in the car?

I'm lookin fora skin where the play, ff, rewind, pause are much larger for using in the car. I would like to keep my attention on the road yet still be able to do quick adjustmetns. Has anyone created a skin for GSPlayer where the main buttons are 2 or 3x larger?
I can't be the only one with this need.

Switch to mortplayer... same codec as GSplayer with plenty of skins available, several of which are Car Friendly.

I know that isn't exactly what you were after, but it is the best I've got. :D

Why dont you just map them to a hardware button?

That's what I do... allows me to control music by touch, I never even have to look at the screen.
