Slingbox question
The slingbox sounds like the stuff, but I have a question......What about your TV watching family at home while you are away using the slingbox? Is it independant of your cable box at home?

From what I have read, you have to all be watching the same channel.

If you have cable or antenna it will be independent unless you use a receiver for your cable tv, if you have satellite it will be have to be on the same channel.

Most VCR's handle cable tuning. Now digital cable, that's another thing...
