tcpmp avc codec????

I am having problems playing a movie with tcpmp. I keep getting the error AVC aka H.264 not supported by the player. I downloaded the latest version, and it still doesn't work. Is there anywhere to download a plug in? Thanks.

Have you tried AAC codec? There is a link to it in MyPDA.

I did have to download the AAC plugin because that was the first out of 2 error messages. Now all I have left is the AVC one.

Thanks... I needed to download the ffmpeg plugin. Now all I have to figure out is how to keep the video from being too slow. Any suggestions??

I think it's just the quality of the codec...Maybe an update will surface one of these days..

If the video is too slow due to fast action, try the benchmark mode, which will play without dropping frames. The framerate may be slower and sound will certainly sound not so great, but it's better than nothing. There is an option to set the benchmark to start at the current point instead of from the beginning, which is good if I encounter a scene that is just too fast for the axim to handle so I just benchmark that scene.
