skins and visualizations for TCPMP?

I'd be totally fine with the way TCPMP is without the extra junk except the player is so exceptional I want to use it rather than pocket media player to play my MP3's.

I use my palm on a vent-mount for GPS in my car. For those long stretches of road I like to switch over to TCPMP and watch a divx or listen to MP3's (I have my XM and palm hardwired to my deck- so movies and mp3's sound sweet). As many of u know the button selection stinks on TCPMP in that you have to go FILE --> NEXT to move to the next song. It's EXTREMELY hard to do while driving. I could use some big, jiggle/finger friendly buttons.

Also I was wonding if there was a plug-in for some visualizations for TCPMP. When you put 25k/year on ur car it's nice to be able to look around and see pretty colors vs the long road ahead.

THANKS! I LOVE TCPMP IT"S THE BEST! (especially the equilizer which WMP doesn't have)...

Yeah, TCPMP is great software for videos or playing music but maybe you could use MortPlayer for the time being. It has skins that are made specifically for use in a car ie. buttons that are big enough for your fingers. GSPlayer is also great for playing music.

You can easily map hardware buttons to get to the next song by going to Options - Settings - Select - Hot Keys.

I think pocketmusic has the best visualazations. IIRC it's the only pocket player with visualizations. Strictly music though and not free.

I think the commercial version of TCPMP, Betaplayer, when it's released will start to look at skins.

thanks guys, downloaded mortplayer and will use it strictly as an MP3 player. I found a skin I like that goes into landscape mode and it is stunning. I also got the ipod full screen skins and those don't do well in landscape mode but will surely be used when I'm listening to music on the run.

Thanks!
