MPEG4 AAC Audio decoder

Anyone know where there is a codec for this. I use TCPMP as my media player and I have some mp4 files that I want to play but I cant find the audio codec. TCPMP says it was removed from the install package because of intellectual property consierations.

I did a search and nothing came up. I guess you are better at searching that I am.
I was able to get it to work after some copy/paste of the aac file and a soft reset.
