Lowest power consumption.

I use Pocket Music for my music (all files are WMA). Is there another music player that handles wma files and is better in the power consumption department? PM seems to drain the battery pretty quick.

Do you turn the backlight off when you listen to your music? And what about using just plain ole WMP for WMA?

Use TCPMP and turn entire screen off, not only backlight. Other than that, you won't get any difference - processor will run at whatever lowest speed it can.

pocket music is actually cpu intensive, always charge on full speed (624mhz) unlike TCPMP =_=

I do select the processor power to power safe mode & calibrate brightness to lower than 55%, a little bit slower but works to save battery

About 10 hours with 1100mAh battery (TCPMP, screen off, MP3 with 128-256 kbps bitrate). Estimated by UpTimeMeter, which has long proven to be accurate.
