Is there a flickr uploader for the pocket pc?

I was wondering if there is a flickr uploader for pocket pc 2003. I know there is one for pocket pc smart phone and I tried it and it did not work. So any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I believe the latest version of Resco Photo Viewer has Flickr upload support.

The latest opera beta supports uploading and works with flickr.

The problem with Resco Photo is you have minimum control.
I am looking for something more specialized. It would be great also if I could use the uploader off-line and once I am on line it will upload the pictures.
I am planing a long trip and I won't have internet all the time.
I am looking for the flickr uploader and also a blogger application that works the same. But no luck with that either. this is great Travelling Blogger | Darren Johnstone's blog but doesn't work with blogger.
