I installed Pocket Music player on my x51v wm5 and maybe a week later it comes up with "this illegally licenced version of PocketMusic causes an error. The program will be closed. Please visit..." The funny thing is, it gave me this error with the freeware version. I want to uninstall my past version completely so i don't get this error ever again.

I had a problem with PocketMusic once. I had actually downloaded an "illegal" copy of it with a bogus serial number. It worked for a while and then I got the error. At that time, I decided that I liked it so much I purchased a license. Even after I had uninstalled the software and reinstalled it, it would not take my new legit license key. I ended up having to use a registry editor to remove the old license, uninstall, reinstall, and then finally enter my new key to get it to work.

I guess depending on what you have invested in your current installation, a hard reset should solve the problem as well.

thanks dude. total commander fixed it. i just deleted the whole pocketmind folder

I had similar problems. The program says I'm a thief, repeated un-install/reinstall/ fresh install doesn't help and their customer support is deaf dumb and blind. Mortplayer is a better player with superior support (which is easy compared to NONE!) and it's freeware to boot.
