Convert WMA to MP3 Free?

Is there any free program that can convert wma to mp3, without screwing up the file. Or if there is none of those for free, is there a free program that rips cds to mp3s.

Basically the problem is, I have wmas that i ripped off older cds in wmp. When I put them on my mp3 player theyre too quiet. I have a program that can fix that, but only on mp3s. So i have to convert the wmas to mp3s or rip them to mp3s.
I also have wmas that I download with the same problem, so it would be good to find a free program that can convert wma to mp3 or rip to mp3.

I found one. Kinda slow at converting, but if its free Ill take it.

Under a meg to download, so you know theres no crap with it.

How should i convert it.
