It's a plugin you can get off of PocketPlayer's site at www.conduits.com/player - all it does is it enables PocketPlayer to use Windows Media 10 plugins... which was required in my case to get the AVCRP functionality to work.

I'm resurrecting this thread. I got avrcp to work w/my bt headphones and tcpmp thanks to this thread, so big thanks to all of you. Props! Post #5 did the trick for me.
