Yeah, definately Windows Media Player. Or TCPMP will also play WMA's.

it still will not play it when I open the song with wmp on my pocket pc it just skips it do I need to send a lisences to my pocket pc or some thing

WMA is the native format for Windows Media Player. Maybe the file has been corrupted??
