For those without those troubles, there's also a version included without messages.
I have downloaded the newest version. I loaded the messaged .exe. It loaded fine and played. I am away from the BT headphones so I don't know if the conrols work, but looking good.:approve: :approve:

The new release (debug w/msgs) loaded fine. and it WORKS. Went through all the msgs and the first time you use the buttons, it goes through a few more lines, but then it works with my logitechs. next, previous, vol up vol dwn, pause and resume.

Woot! and congrats to "mort":approve: :approve: :nw: :nw:

That latest version works for me as well except when I hit the car screen button it crashes and exits :( I think it may have something to do with loading the album cover image?

Maybe. Currently you're the first / only one(?) with this problem. Does this happen only with certain files / directories?

You didn't install b49, did you? I forgot I modified MPImg.dll, too...
Any better if you put the DLL contained in this ZIP to your MP installation?

The new version of the MPImg.dll fixed my problem as well.

This was one of the few features that MortPlayer didn't have that I really wanted.

Thanks for all the hard work!

I have x50v, wm2003se, Broadcom BT Stack 1.5.0 Build 2601 and have tried all versions of the .exe you have posted with a new install of b48 and no luck. On the older exe's I only get the first dialog that indicates which WMP10 skin I am using but nothing else...perhaps I am missing something?

Maybe this stack doesn't support AVRCP? Does it work in other programs, like WMP or TCPMP? Do the later exes crash, or don't the AVRCP buttons work?

AVRCP works w/ WMP10 and TCPMP. The exe's work fine, the buttons just don't do anything...

Does it help if you rename MortPlayer.exe to WMPlayer.exe?
I don't know what exactly Widcomm checks to determine which window it sends the simulated mouse clicks. Maybe the window title alone is not enough...

Peeps and others, I think you need the HP 1.6 stack for the buttons to work. The stack can be located on the the hp ipaq website. They implemented to support their hp headphones. I had trouble installing it after the 1.5 stack. There are threads on the installation. Good Luck.
