faster play

hi,
does anyone know of an audio player/ mp3 player program for dell axim x51v that can play mp3 files faster... like the windows media player 10 has a function that can speed play by 1.4x and 2x .... i listen to teachings and i like speaker to speak faster.

you can use a media program called TCPMP, if you google it, it will be the first option. It will allow you to change the file play speed

Also, you can set the fast-forward speed; mine is set to 600%.
And I like to pause streaming audio (set the normal buffer high). You can ff thru the commercials, and listen at a faster speed to catch up to your show. Works well for talk & news programs. Not too sure about music at 110% though.

I used to love doing that to tapes back in the day. But now with everything on computers, tcpmp has replaced that "entertainment" for me.

But it could be useful for something.

well it can be handy to zoom through things like "teach yourself spanish" cds that you've ripped to your axim....

Si, esta muy bueno. Yo no hablo espanol mucho. Yo tengo un Axim muy rapido. La musica es bueno en el Axim.

Im not the best at spanish, and have been out of school too long. But goin back on Tuesday... Oh boy.
