wish you would all check your spelling.
I have no idea how many times you have mis-spelled sirius
giving me a sinus headache

I have Sirius in my Jeep, really like it.
Love to get it on my Axim.
Dealer ponied up and has paid for my Sirius todate. Not going to do anything to screw that up. $12.95 not out of my pocket each month.

Why check spelling when you can check grammar ;-)!

I can tell the quality is not best on the classical stations because I've been playing violin and viola for about 9 years now. Since I play in a chamber orchestra I know the difference between a good and bad recording. You pick up the subtleties of instrumental music after listening to it for hours and hours on end :-) *twitch

*Could anyone help me get siriuce 2.0 installed? Everytime I try and install the .NET CF i get an error after the installation. If I try and reinstall it to main memory the stupid program still installs itself to built-in memory. Could someone help me?
not much sense installing it. it won't work any more. unless you find a player that will play the .jsp file that it downloads. as far as the difference in the recording quality, you are probably one of the few who can hear that. I was going to say something like 'unless you are a real audiophile' but didn't figure that was necessary. but i know what you mean about that. most people won't know the difference though.

a little update: I got in touch with emulamer yesterday. He knows that it is broken. He has been very busy with school but he will try to fix it soon. No real timetable but he said he might try to get to it this weekend if he has time.

Boy - Just found out about this and this changes everything. LOVE sirius, got rid of XM because of Howard, but find that the rest of the channels are also much better.

Would love to be able to listen to this wirelessly on my PDA in the hospital (work) and at home...any other way of doing this while the fix is being worked on? Heard something about a hack of the sirius website (or is this indeed it?)

Emulamer pointed me at something else but it didn't work either for me. it is SiriusWM5. Might have something to do with me using CorePlayer instead of TCPMP. the program looks for TCPMP and i haven't played around with it to see if can be changed. Emulamer told me he will work on it soon but he is a student and study comes first.

Broken SiriuCE

I think the problem is that the SqlCE 3.0 does not properly install on mobile 2003 SE. At least it's not installing on my X50v. I'm just waiting patiently for Emulamer to work his magic on 1.16.

SiriusWM5 working fine on my iPaq 4150 (WM2003) using TCPMP (didn't buy Coreplayer for my old device)...

Will wait for SiriuCE to get "fixed" before messing with it on my x51v...

Here's a dumb Q! Sirius WM5 won't work on an x50 then? Only for ipaqs?

the program itself seems to work on my x51v but the interface to CorePlayer didn't do anything. I haven't had time to try it with TCPMP yet as I was hoping that emulamer would come up with a fix. I think it is going to be pretty hard to fix though. I think they are using a different file type than they had before.

The old website for SiriusWM5 is located at
http://home.ptd.net/~cobra04/code.html

If you visit that site, there is a link to the new support, FAQ and update site I created. You can also sign up to be notified when new versions are released.

SiriusWM5 will become SiriusGT soon.

Thank you all for using my program, and I am glad you enjoy it. Feedback and feature requests are welcome!

It wouldn't let me subscribe to the thread to get notices of updates. But I did register and download the latest version. Thanks for the update!

I fixed it. I edited the forum code to allow subscription to the thread even though I lock it after posting updates.
