dvd to avi for pda

just finished my first working dvd to avi ,
problem is: the movie is going frame by frame.audio is fine got to modify equalizer.
did i miss some boxes to click.something is not right here.
need your advice.

We need a lot more information.

You do not say what apps you used to encode the .avi file nor the player you are using to try to view it.

As far as a player is concerned I strongly recommend TCPMP.

tcmp ,autogk,flasmpeg

iam using tcpmp ,update to .72rc and the ff
iam using autogk and also flaskmpeg.
in autogk ,the sound and video are separated. either view it with sound or video not both.
in flaskmpeg,the video are moving frame by frame.when tried another encoding it wont view at all.it shuting the tcmp.other avi file and mpeg file are ok.
so i think its the process of autogk and flaskmpeg that my setup is not correct.but where did i go wrong.
