Worried Trouble playing avi. files..

So if try to use the File Explorer to open either of the two .avi files on my SD card, I get the message "There is no application associated with this file. Run the application first, then open thie file from within the application".

When I try to open the files through Windows Media, I get the message: "Cannot play any items in playlist. See Error Details"
The error details read "An object of file was not found"

If I try to look though Pictures and Videos, the files don't show up at all.

Now, the files -are- on the SD card, and they're the same size as the ones on my comptuer (which are functional)..

Is this a matter of needing a codec, or what's going on? I have no idea how to work this crazy machine!

Thanks so much!

View MyPDA
Install TCPMP and use that to open and view your avi files... windows media is really quite limited
This week I have been mostly listening to..... Short cummings audio

Ooo! Fantastic! It works perfectly!

Now is there any way to get rid of Media Player, or some of the other useless MSN junk that's just eating up space on my Axim?
