Equalizer doesnt work in TCPMP??
Hi. I have an axim x51v, have installed the x50mix program and tcpmp. I have tried setting the equalizer on in tcpmp to optimize the sound for that app, but it doesnt do anything when i enable the equalizer and change settings. It does nothing at all...

Wondering if any others have noticed this?

It works fine for me.

Go to Options\Settings\Select Page\Equalizer and make sure that the "Enabled" box at the top is checked.

Yes- I did that. Makes no difference in the sound whether is checked or not. I tested by setting extreme settings that I would surely hear, but nothing. I even reinstalled it.. Same thing.... Not working...

troubles with TCPMP performance
Hi! I'm the proud owner of a X51v and I've recently downloaded the TCPMP but I have experienced some troubles with an .AVI video. It just doesn´t work it only appears frozen images but the sound is ok.
What can I do? Do I have to download an special pluggin?

No special plug-in is required for .avi files.

Go to Options\Settings\Select Page\File Associations and make sure that the box for Video Files .avi (the 12th from the top in TCPMP Version0.72RC1) is checked.

If it is, the .avi files should play correctly. They certainly do on my X50v with WM 2003 SE Operating System, but I have read of others with X51vs using WM 5 having similar probelms to yours. Not having WM 5, I do not know what the cure is. Maybe TCPMP is not compatible with WM5. If so, wait for the commercial version of Core Player is released (due any minute now), which I assume will be WM5 compatible.
