Mp3-->wma

Hey everyone, i recently tried to use WMP on my desktop to convert my MP3s to WMAs. However, all it did was copy the MP3 directly to the Axim, no conversion (I did this under the Copy to portable device tab). My question is, how do you convert a playlist of MP3s into WMAs without extra steps? I know you can do this with a cd to WMA format. I'm kinda confused, anyone want to help me out?

There's a converter included as part of the XP Plus! Digital Media Edition. If you don't have that, use the XP Media Bonus Pack.

I personally use WinAmp, select the WMP output
plug in, and it runs through all MP3's in a play list
and outputs WMP's where ever you specify.. I like
it cause its all automated and pretty fast...
ohh and its free

Hi Silentknight -- will Winamp output mp3s to the SD card on the Axim? I was trying to do this WMP, but the version of WMP I have goes through a transcoding process converting the mp3s to WMA. Thanks for any help.
