If you're talking about FLAC, h.264 and other features... they're already included in CoreAVC's components now. I'm waiting for improved h.264 performance myself - it's the same as the Tech Demo, which I found serviceable, if a little choppy (but not nearly as bad as TCPMP with FFMPEG).

If you're talking about the missing Media Info and detailed settings screens, though... yeah, I miss those too. Maybe they'll get added back in with future releases, as they're promising fairly regular updates for the next few weeks?

It took about 15 minutes after purchase to show up on another account. Check your spam filters as well - Hotmail has a habit of removing stuff like this.

Also, while I can see you signed up for a Core Account, I don't see the purchase. If you could send a copy of the mobiread receipt to CoreCodec.Sales {^at} gmail.com, I'll get you taken care of as quick as I can.

As for why a gmail address, it ensures that anti-spam filters are significantly less likely to catch it.

Like a lot of you I have been waiting for the arrival of this piece of software. I finally gave up last night & this morning I read thru some posts. Seems to be a lot of troubles. Maybe it's worth waiting before I buy. I must say the way this was presented to me it didn't make a good first impression. If the offer price was $19.99 then why would that not be the case when you reveal it to the world? Seems to me you should have just given yourself more time.

Wow, I still haven't recieved any kind of email with the core number or an activation from the core codec site. Anyone home?

If you purchased via Mobihand. \The registration key should be on the payment receipt if you used a credit/debit card. The page that shows immediately after you have completed your purchase. At lease that's how it was for me.

I got the email and followed it and it shows activated on my account but when I tried to log in to my account it won't let me. lots of stuff to work out in the next few days/weeks.

I purchased Coreplayer a little while ago. Received the email both from Mobihand and Coreservices within 2 minutes. The only problem I had was when logging in to Coreservices, it wanted me to change my password right away but reverted to the old password. Got it all sorted out and things are working fine.

So far, it's working great! I see a couple of minor things but based on all the threads I've read, they are coming. Hey, it's 1.0...

Looks like the CC folks are getting hammered by a lot of people, IMHO. So I just want to say: Great job to Betaboy and all the folks at CC!:approve:

One question - when you put in your email address at MobiHand, was it your Hotmail address? If not, what address did you put in? CorePlayer uses the email address that you used for MobiHand to create and send an activation email to the account... and I've caught MobiHand messages in the Spam filter on Hotmail before.
